Below is a list of organisations that can support individuals with their mental health, and you can access these whenever you feel you might need to:
National organisations:
If you experience an increase in suicidal thoughts, you may find the following resources to be of benefit:

You can text Shout on 85258 for free, confidential mental health support via text message if speaking on the phone feels challenging.

You can contact NHS 111 any time to access support for your health. To get urgent mental health support, call 111 and select option 2.

The Crisis Resolution Team offer advice, support and if required assessment or those people who are experiencing a mental health crisis. The team support the Herefordshire and Worcestershire 24-hour Urgent Mental Health helpline and will listen to your concerns and help to make appropriate plans to support you: 0808 196 9127
